Huge yard/garage sale SATURDAY, MAY 18TH from 8am to 4pm. The community has 150 homes though not all will participate. This event happens only once a year so don't miss out! All sales are final and cash only unless otherwise specified. You are sure to find household items, furniture, cloths, electronics, books, children's items, toys, dishes, kitchen items, movies, music, tools, yard equipment, antiques and collectables. We are located off of FM 1793 at the end of Gainesville Road. The gate will not be open until 8am so no early birds please.

Shadowood Lake Estates is a private gated community with over 170 homes on a 100 acre lake that have never been allowed to have a garage sale UNTIL NOW! 30 years of hoarding will all go on sale on Saturday, 18 May 8AM - 4PM. I don't have a feel for how many residents will be participating but I would expect at least 40. I do know that my sale will be huge and will include thousands of soft plastic bass baits, 100+ hard baits and about 60 very high quality rods (All Star, Shimano, Castaway, St Croix, Veritas, Berkley, KVD Tour, Falcon, and Bass Pro Shops). Hundreds of other items of every description imaginable as well. Do Not Miss this ONE DAY ONLY SALE !!!
