Also selling a couple textbooks that are still being used at UNT, some other books, plus size men's and women's clothing, a lot of art supplies (charcoal, brushes, acrylic paints, canvas, and sponges), shoes, purses, furniture (perfect for first-time place), stereos, dishes, matching bathroom decor, and so much more! I also am selling a WORKING genuine 1985 Nintendo Entertainment System with 4 original controllers, 1 NES gun, and 1 game (Dr Mario). I do not have the hookups to plug it into the TV, but it does have the ac adapter, and it does turn on. Tom & Rebecca Harpool worked hard all their lives, starting and growing a company and a family. They did a fine job with both. They were married for 67 years! By the end of Tom's business years, Harpool Seed, Inc. was among the top ten lawn and garden suppliers in the nation. Tom retired in 1989 after a 50 year career. During his life he was very much involved in Denton. From bank director to Boy Scout leader, Kiwanis Club to United Way. He was also a Denton ISD board member for 15 years. And really, that is only naming a few out of the many ways he helped his fellow man and the town of Denton that he loved. The Harpools had 7 children but still found time to play bridge, hunt , fish, travel, cook and be active members of St. Andrew Presbyterian Church for over 60 years where Tom served as an elder for 30 years. . .of course he did! No wonder a school in Denton ISD and a water treatment plant are named for him. Tom Harpool. They just don't grow them any better! Theirs is a wonderful home. Constructed well. Lived in well. Much loved by all who enter.
