I am moving and need to get rid of some things. Details and prices about each are below. Not everything is pictured and the pictures aren't all great. Please feel free to message me with questions or for more details. The prices are all so low in order to get rid of this stuff within such a narrow time frame and because most of it needs to be dusted or cleaned. ***You must pick up the items this Saturday the 25th starting at 8am. I will stay until they are all gone. The address is 6800 Shier Cove, near the corner of Manchaca and William Cannon. The garage will be open.*** -Matching queen-size headboard and footboard: $20 (pic 1 & 2) Light wood, heavy and sturdy, ornate knot carvings on the headboard, footboard has balls on each side like the ones pictured on the headboard but is shorter. I think I have all the parts to an old metal queen size bed frame as well. It can go for free with the head & footboard. -Orange chair: $5 (pic 3) Comfy and rocks but needs to be cleaned- has cat hair & dust on it. Can squeak if rocking a lot- I suspect WD40 will correct this. -Corner shelf: $5 (pic 4) Medium wood color, works so great in a corner but it is not terribly sturdy since it is old. It may be easily fixed up but I don't know how to do that. I had my TV, DVDs, and stereo on it anyway though, since the walls on each side help stabilize it. -Kitchen table & 4 chairs: $10 (pic 5 and 6) Table is a bit wobbly (you can see in pic where I tried to duct tape some padding on one leg) and chairs need to be cleaned up (some rust on the bottoms), but the chairs are very comfy. -Office desk chair: $5 (pic 6) Used and the arms are worn a bit, but it rolls and is very comfortable -Cabinet extension: $5 (pic 6) This is perfect for smaller kitchens- it's shown in pic closed with both sides down, but each side lifts up and provides a surface at counter height. This has been incredibly useful for me in the past when cooking or preparing food, and also when having get-togethers when I wanted extra area for snacks, food, or drinks to be out. -Craftsman Professional Router Table: $30 (not pictured) Benchtop router table with aluminum deck, has fence and dust port -Portuguese Floor Corker: $35 (not pictured) Used for corking wine bottles

Everything a You Could Want, Including the Kitchen Sink. This is a terrific 50s house in a beautiful neighborhood that Austin forgot. It is filled with unusual, useful and somewhat amazing objects. Plus, in the back yard, which is the size of a city park, you will see the third largest oak in Travis County. Incredible! I know, I always say this, but there is sure to be stuff you want and need or just want in this sale. It is so nice to want something that you also need. ___________________ I am at a loss of where to begin to tell you about everything that is in this home. Here's a partial list of the things you will find. There are two beautiful leather couches, a matching leather chair and a gorgeous rug. Coffee table, check! There are two Takamine guitars, GIANT Fender speakers, a trumpet and other music stuff. There are mirrors and art and frames and prints and a couple Audubon prints nd tons of other things along these lines. Find the mid-century bedroom set and a great 60s dresser. With the stuff in this house you can take up about 10 different hobbies including, fly tying, rock climbing, scuba diving, weight lifting, stained glass and woodworking. Be all you can be! Men's clothing, size large, fills a giant closet. It is all clean and upscale as are the shoes and boots. There is remarkable hunting camo gear and vests and jackets and pants as well as camo bags and accessories. Speaking of woodworking, there are several pieces of furniture made from native mesquite. Other furniture galore including wonderful English display cabinets, occasional chairs, a nice oak contemporary dining table, and a kind-sized bed and a nice Lane cedar chest are located throughout the home. There are two nice, chrome truck tool boxes and tools enough to start a workshop. There are Ryobi tools and drills and grinders and a wonderful new Ryobi radial arm saw as well as a beautiful table saw, a drill press, a bench sander and just about every other power tool known to mankind. The garage is FULL. For me to say FULL, you know it really is FULL. See a HUGE Sony flat screen television, as well as every conceivable electronic component and geegaw. The television stand is really nice as well. There's more wonderful stuff in the kitchen too. Wedgwood Ivy china, plates, cups, bowls, Marshall pottery, ALL-Clad cookware, cast iron everything as well as whatever else is usually in a well-stocked kitchen, including two brand new Kohler kitchen sinks new in the box and a lovely Kohler pedestal sink as well. Oh! And look, there is a brand new refrigerator, still in the plastic! Out back in the outback, exist an outdoor range, concrete planters and lots of other things you will enjoy tracking down, and of course there is a birdbath. Oh, and did I mention a homemade boat and trailer? The boat don't float but the trailer is really nice. Additionally, there are rugs and bedroom furnishings and things and stuff and barware and books and a bar and a small fridge and as much stuff as is generally in two estates. Just come see for yourself. Come dig and we will make a deal because it all has to go. It is supposed to be a beautiful day and it would be great to see you. And finally, we don't usually take pictures of the things in our sales as it is like photographing food. We find even the best plate of enchiladas looks like hammered hell when photographed. And really, don't you like the mystery and excitement of the moment when the front door opens and you rush inside for the first time?
