Swannanoa Community Yard Sale - Fall 2026

The Swannanoa Community Yard Sale is set to return on Saturday, October 10th, 2026, from 8 am - 1 pm. The twice-yearly sale draws huge crowds of enthusiastic sellers and shoppers to the Kearfott Corporation Parking Lot, 2858 US 70.

If you’re itching to get out and do some bargain hunting before summer sets in, the Swannanoa Community Yard Sale is definitely the place to be. With more than 100 seller spaces reserved, shoppers are sure to find plenty of treasures to choose from. Mark your calendar now, and don’t miss out on this area’s largest yard sale event!

Seller spaces are currently available at www.SwannanoaFANS.org/2026fallyardsale. Spaces are $15 each, with a two-space limit for each reservation.
