Calling All Crafters For October Fair

You are invited to participate in the 2026 Beech Community Center Annual Craft Fair. We have space for 5 additional crafters/artisans.
DATE: Saturday, October 17, 2026
TIME: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
LOCATION:
Beech Community Center
15 Sugar Cove Road
Weaverville, NC 28787
EVENT DETAILS:
• Doors open for Crafters at 9:00 AM
• Early setup is available on Friday — please call or text (828)450-1203 to arrange
• Cost is $30.00 per 6’ table. We have 6’ tables. If you want to bring your own tables, the rate will be based at 6’
• On site Food Truck
• Wi-Fi is available
• Coffee/Hot Chocolate Bar by donation
BOOTH RENTAL INFORMATION:
• Tables must be paid in full prior to the event
• In case of cancellation, full rental fees will be reimbursed
• Please make checks payable to Beech Community Center and send to:
