If a bid is placed in the final seconds of a closing lot, the ending time of the lot will be extended by 15 seconds to give other bidders a chance to compete. Pick Up and Shipping Information: Sunday, January 25th (10:00am-2:00pm) 201 S 6th St Brainerd, MN 56401 (Design Consign) Shipping Eligibility: Shipping is offered on orders exceeding $50. Payment Deadline: All auction invoices must be paid in full by 2:00pm Sunday, or EOA will charge the unpaid invoice to your card on file. Notification: After the auction, simply send us an email stating that you would like your items shipped and your mailing address. Shipping Method: EOA will carefully package your items and use the most affordable shipping option unless buyer states a shipping preference. Shipping Damage Liability: EOA does not accept liability for any damage incurred during shipment. Unclaimed Items: Winning bidders who fail to pick up their items during designated removal times will be subject to the following: Full Invoice Charge: The full amount of the invoice will be charged to the winning bidder's account.Item Forfeiture: Unclaimed items will be forfeited and may be donated to a non-profit charity or offered in a future auction at the auctioneer's discretion. New bidders, to verify your identity, a temporary $1 authorization will be placed on your registered credit card. This authorization will be refunded shortly after.
