This weekend is Sylvan Beachs first yard sale weekend of the year. It's gonna be big and so will my sale. We are moving between houses.. lots of items for sale and going CHEAP. pretty much this is a come and make offer sale.. There will be Sports Cards, misc building supplies , a brand new in the box Kohler Enamal Double Sink that mounts under countertop. Yard tools , misc household items. and Various things Ive just accumulated over time. Im dragging it out and selling it all. Im running the sale at 401 Kenwood Ave in Sylvan Beach 13157. (note some GPS programs have this as Blossvale 13308, so try both ways) Sale is running from 9am till 2pm. Yes I will accept at 2pm anyone that wants to buy whats remaining as one big lot and haul it away. I want to sell it !!!! not move it. of course my wife wants me to sell it and NOT bring it to the new house. This is also a good time for you to get a glimpse of the house , as its going on the market for sale in late June. Come on down. Dont be affraid to message me back before the sale and ask for specific things, just might be I have it and im willing to drag it out for sale.
