Also there is a ton of materials. He ran dorms, so there is a huge volume of new building materials, furniture, and maintenance supplies. In addition to buying 10 of everything when he only needed 1, he would buy and collect all kinds of old stuff. The details: A huge 2 level garage filled from top to bottom. All must go, as well as the fixtures and contents. Address and directions: 1349 State Rte 52 Loch Sheldrake, NY 12759 1/2 mile west of firehouse @edgewood rd This address does not always work well with GPS so here are directions. . . As you head down rt. 52 (West), You will pass through the town of Loch Sheldrake (the lake will be on your right). And then you will pass the firehouse on your right, and then a Mobil station on your right (at the top of a small hill). My Dad's place is on the LEFT hand side less than 1000 feet from the Mobil Station. It is a white house, with a large white garage.
