Golden Family Estate Sale

There is plenty to explore in this well-organized, family run estate sale. Ninety-five percent of everything here is nicely packaged, labeled and priced. We've been told this sale is like nothing you've ever attended before! Because it’s a family run sale, there will be multiple sales over an extended period of time, not the traditional “company-run” 3-4 day estate sale. Please note, this is a CASH ONLY SALE!

This is truly a sale of lifelong accumulation packed into every room of the home, garage, large pole barn, and the surrounding yard. The basement is LOADED with assorted tools including Craftsman and Snap-On brands, just to name a few. Lots of Mid-Century Modern items, NEW IN BOX items! Travel around the 1/2-acre pond to view an antique Farmall F-12 and Case tractors, a vintage 1930's-40's John Deere 2-row planter and a couple of 1970's era Rupp snowmobiles/parts.

Number of guests in home may be limited at times. Enter and exit through designated areas only. Security cameras are on site, by being at our sale implies consent to be recorded.

Please inspect items carefully before purchasing as everything is sold as is, where is, without representation or warranty, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that items are in working condition. If you break or damage an item, you are responsible for the posted cost of the item. All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, nor refunds.

Please do not place sold stickers on any items, they will not be honored. We will provide our own sold label once a purchase price has been agreed upon and paid for. At that point, you are committed to purchasing the item. If multiple parties are simultaneously interested in purchasing the same item, the item will be sold to the highest offer, including an offer that may exceed the sticker price.

We do have some boxes and packing supplies on hand, but please fee free to bring your own. Please bring your own help for lifting and moving things. We are not responsible for any personal and/or property injury, loss or damage that may occur in/on or around the sale property. All purchases must be removed from the premises at the conclusion of the sale, unless agreed upon otherwise. Anything not picked up by the agreed upon time will be forfeited and no refund for price paid given.

Cashier will have the ability to price at time of check out if an item doesn't have a posted price or if the pricing labels appear to be tampered with.

Please be respectful of the home, the family, and fellow shoppers!
