Bonanza Is In Santa Rosa

Bonanza has another sale in Santa Rosa this week.
This sale is the estate of Phylis Winterhawk. Many will know the name, but for those who don't, she collected and conducted estate sales for decades in Sonoma County. She also professionally staged homes for sale over many years. The interior is absolutely stunning and worth the trip to simply see, but, please don't forget, everything is for sale.


This estate is one of the greatest ones we have ever had the pleasure of being a part of. It is utterly mesmerizing. There is something for everyone nearly everywhere. Please consider joining us this weekend.


PARKING IS PROBLEMATIC. Please pay attention to posted signs. There is a city owned garage behind the property and it is recommeneded to park there. The street in front of the house is entirely no parking - red curb. If you park in the red you will be ticketed.


This will be the follow up sale to our last sale. All new merchandise and super packed. This sale is so packed we are conducting it in conjunction with Estate Liquidation Services by J. Good.


Please note that due to the size of the area involved and the layout of the property we will have two separate checkouts. We recommend entering and shopping the house first. After finishing the house you will check out and move out to the back to see the garden. We will have spots to store paid for merchandise.


The garden area will encompass the entire under porch area and garages as before, but will also include the SHE shed and entire yard. Those desiring to look at the garden only may enter the yard first and pay, but access to the house will be through the front door only. Once exiting the house there will be no readmission. Pick up of all large articles in the house is on Tuesday.

This sale will be busy. Please be patient. This sale has taken a month to set up with a crew of six. Please allow ample time to shop and be patient with the line. This sale is every decorator's dream.
