Special Estate Sale ~ Saturday October 31St ~ Instant Purchase ~ Pre-Purchases May Be Made Online ~ Pickup On Location ~ Much More To See At Sale

Special Estate Sale ~ Saturday, October 31st ~ Instant Purchase ~ Some items may be pre-purchased online before we open and can be picked up on Location ~ from 10:00-4:00. Much more to see at the sale
Most of our regular customers know we sometimes pack up estates because they don't have enough for a full estate sale, or for other reasons, such as not being allowed to have a sale in their subdivision, or because the house sold. They have to have the house cleared immediately because there is no time to set up a sale, or for other reasons. Since we recently started letting people come in to "shop" at the Complex, we're only now able to unpack these items and put them up for sale. Because of the 3-year zoning battle, we have accumulated too much stuff to try and put together condensed sales. I need to clear enough space so we can start doing business the way we used to. I am anxious to start ordering truckloads and having different types of sales. This is our first Buy It Now platform that we are trying this on. I realize that we won't be able to tell by just one sale, so you will probably see several sales on this platform even if the first couple does not perform well.
Local pickup will be at the Complex. 5996 Colquitt Rd., Keithville, LA. That is just 3 miles south of Mansfield Rd., so it is not very far away. You can purchase whatever you like during the sale and pick it up anytime Saturday from 10:00-4:00 before the sale is over. If you cannot make it on Saturday, I can make arrangements to meet you most days during the week. We will be flexible on pickup days and times, but everything needs to be picked up by Thursday to make room for the next week.
When you make a purchase, the only way you can pay immediately is through PayPal. If payment is made via PayPal or credit/debit cards, there is a 3.9% service fee. If you would like to use CashApp or Venmo, there is no service charge. You can send me a message that that is the way you would prefer to pay, and I can send you the information on the method you choose.
SIDE NOTE: We are working on 2 specialty auctions. A "doll" auction (and yes, I know most of you are rolling your eyes on this one, but there will be a lot of antique dolls, boudoir dolls, Barbie Dolls, and many other dolls that are still truly collectible.) The other one is an auction from the estate of a gentleman who owned an art gallery. It is mostly composed of numbered prints, limited editions, special editions, and some really cool genres. Western, Oil Field, Fantasy, Native American Indian, and others. If they do not sell locally, even to dealers, I will offer them nationally. I would prefer to sell them locally, but that usually is not the case. So stay tuned; we have a lot of things that are getting ready to blow up.
