Update! There's been an exciting change to this estate sale: the HOA has decided to have a community yard sale on November 14th from 8am to 2pm so we will be participating in that! The address for our in person sale is: 1700 Vista Lake Circle Melbourne, FL 32904 This estate sale will continue to be online as well. The following rules and instructions still stand. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO DELIVERIES. If you purchase furniture please bring your own help as we CANNOT load your vehicle for you. If you purchase beds or tables that come apart please bring your own tools and help as we CANNOT do it for you.
To make your purchase please send a text to 321-209-1171 during our business hours of Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. In this text please provide your name, phone number, and a screenshot of the items you are purchasing. Once we receive this you’ll be sent the PayPal account information to make your payment. If your total is $100.00 or less you’ll need to make a full payment If your total is $101.00 and up you’ll need to pay at least 50% of your total as a deposit and the remainder must be paid before the pick up day. PayPal charges a 4% fee that will be added to your total. If you purchase from the online sale and don't show up on November 14th to pick up said items all payments will be forfeited. It is first paid, first served. Once you’ve made your payment the items will be marked as sold and set aside before the in person sale begins.
