The functionality of electric/electronic items are unknown/not tested. The authenticity of items have not been verified or guaranteed on any/all items. There are two locations for these two units. All units are located in Wappingers Falls, NY.
Payment is due by Thursday, November 5 at 1PM.
Information with payment and pickup instructions will be emailed to winning bidders the morning after the auction ends.

**Pickup note: Buyers assume all risk & are responsible for complete removal of unit contents. The high bidder must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Sunday, November 8 at 5pm. Any dumpsters/garbage receptacles on the property are not for use by the public; only the storage facility. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, November 8 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any unit not completely emptied by the stated pickup deadline, the high bidder will incur a disposal fee of at least $150. Storage facility gate access hours: 6AM - 10PM daily. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. The keys to the units & the gate access codes must be picked up by Friday, November 6 at 3PM at the Absolute Auctions & Realty office in Pleasant Valley, NY.
All lots sold as is, where is. There is a 18% Buyers Premium for all lots purchased. Payment methods for non-vehicles & non-equipment include cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cashier's check or money order.
