Lighting inventory includes vintage Czech crystal pieces, assorted lighting parts & components, with many items new or mint in box. and more. The functionality of electric/electronic items are unknown/not tested. The authenticity of items have not been verified or guaranteed on any/all items. There are two locations for the three units. All Units are located in Wappingers Falls, NY.
Payment is due by Friday, October 23 at 1PM.
Information with payment and pickup instructions will be emailed to winning bidders the morning after the auction ends.
Pickup must be completed by Wednesday, October 28 at 5PM.
**Pickup note: Buyers assume all risk & are responsible for complete removal of unit contents. The high bidder must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Wednesday, October 28 at 5pm. Any dumpster/garbage receptacles on the property are not for use by the public; only the storage facility. Anything left in the unit after Wednesday, October 28 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any unit not completely emptied by the stated pickup deadline, the high bidder will incur a disposal fee of at least $150. The storage facility gate access closes at 10PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. The keys to the units & the gate access codes must be picked up by Monday, October 26 at 3PM at the Absolute Auctions & Realty office in Pleasant Valley, NY.
All lots sold as is, where is. There is a 18% Buyers Premium for all lots purchased. Payment methods for non-vehicles & non-equipment include cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cashier's check or money order.
