This sale is from the collection and inventory of a recently retired Wisconsin numismatic dealer who devoted more than 50 years to a profession he loved. This sale includes coins in mint and very good, .999 fine silver, foreign and ancient coins, gold, banknotes, and many more treasures. A trusted presence at coin and antique shows, he was respected by dealers and collectors nationwide. He appraised collections for banks, jewelry stores, insurance companies, and private clients, served as president of civic and numismatic organizations, and supported early efforts toward Wisconsin’s precious metal bullion sales tax exemption. As he begins his next chapter, these pieces await new homes with collectors who will cherish their history.
