Here’s what you need to know:

📅 Monday, October 12th

🕕 Registration begins at 6:00 PM

🔨 Auction starts at 6:30 PM

📍 Phi Delta Kappa Banquet Hall – Greenacres, FL

We’re located directly across from the Greenacres Fire Station on S. Haverhill Road, next door to the school. Look for our auction sign and follow the long driveway back to the banquet hall.

Getting started is easy! Just bring your driver’s license to register and receive your bidder number.

There is a 10% buyer’s premium, which simply means that 10% is added to your winning bid. For example, if you win an item for $50, the buyer’s premium is just $5, making your total $55 before applicable sales tax.

All sales are final, and purchases must be taken home that evening.

Whether you’re a seasoned estate sale shopper, a collector, a reseller, or just someone who enjoys finding something different, we’d love for you to join us!

Come see what an auction is all about. You might just discover your new favorite way to shop!
