Four days, more chances, and a name worth remembering.

Some names hold a special place in a community. In Clermont, “Ma Bell” was one of them.
Alligator Liquidators & Estate Sales invites you to join us October 22 – 25 for a special four-day estate sale honoring the home of Toni Bell, affectionately known to generations of students as “Ma Bell”. An educator, mentor, and dedicated community volunteer, Toni made a lasting impression through her years of teaching and her continued commitment to the people and organizations of South Lake County.
Set near the beautiful Clermont lake shore, this distinguished property (listed at approximately 4,000 square feet) sets the stage for four days of estate-sale discoveries. Inventory offers practical household items, everyday essentials, and must-haves for a life on the waterfront (yes, including the lake boat).
With four full days to explore, there is more time to make a visit, browse at your own pace, and return for another look. Visit early, take your time, and enjoy this special sale by the lake with Alligator Liquidators & Estate Sales.
Whether you arrive with fond memories of Ma Bell, or are discovering her name for the first time, we welcome you to be part of this special Clermont gathering.
Four days on the lake. A lasting legacy in Clermont.
