A home on Robson Ridge Lane in the Ridgeview gated neighborhood of the Black Mountain Ranch community will have TONS of goodies as part of our community garage sale on Saturday and Sunday, 10/10 and 10/11, from 7am-2pm! Several gently-used and never-used pieces of furniture in amazing condition, to include: a Wayfair white cabinet with pull-out drawers, a Wayfair steel queen bed base/frame, a tall oak file cabinet, a counter-height grey kitchenette table with 2 chairs and 2 stools, two tall white Wayfair cabinets, and a 36”x84” sliding glass pantry barn-style door with hardware. And under no circumstances can we forget the MULTIPLE racks of clothes to include pants, suits, jackets, shirts, dresses, formal wear, shoes, ties, and more. There’s also bedding to include LOTS of pillowcases, a luxurious and extensive purple queen bedding set w/matching curtains, and various different blankets. And let’s not forget all the camping gear, like a portable stove, dishes, and family-sized tents. We also have a TON of other items, like travel and suitcases, various collectibles, kitchenware, office items, books, posters, candle holders, decorative baskets and laundry organizers. We also have A LOT of jewelry, including bracelets, necklaces, earrings and various matching jewelry sets. And for those of you with 4-legged family members, we have a number of crates, Neater Feeders, food and water bowls, and a pet drinking fountain. Last, but not least, and just in time for the holidays, we also have several different pet Christmas stockings, Christmas dishes, and holiday decorations. NO early birds! Venmo, Zelle and cash accepted – but no bills larger than $10. And as if this ad wasn’t exciting enough, we’ll also have some kid’s mystery prizes for a quarter each and every adult purchase earns a spin of the Prize Wheel!
