From Mom’S Closet To Modern Chic

This sale is such a fun mix of past and present, vintage treasures and modern style! Our client is packing up and moving out of state, which means we’re opening the doors to a home filled with beautiful things they simply can’t take with them. Alongside modern pieces, you’ll also find special vintage items passed down giving this sale the perfect combination of Mom’s closet nostalgia and modern-day chic.
Fashion lovers will definitely want to spend some time here! We have tons of women’s clothing, jewelry, accessories, and more, with a great mixture of current styles and vintage pieces. Whether you love modern fashion or you’re always hunting for that one unique vintage piece nobody else has, there will be plenty to look through.
Throughout the home, you’ll find modern furniture, home décor, kitchenware, household essentials, artwork, decorative pieces, pots, plants, and patio furniture. There’s a little bit of everything for refreshing your home, decorating a new space, or finding something you didn’t know you needed until you saw it.
And then there are the vintage finds! Mixed among the newer pieces are vintage clothing, vintage jewelry, Americana pieces, collectibles, and treasures from another generation. We love a sale where you can find something current in one room and turn the corner to discover a piece with decades of history behind it.
🎄 Christmas lovers, this one is for you too! There is a large selection of Christmas and holiday items ready for a new home. Whether you decorate a little or transform your entire house for the holidays, make sure you take a look through it all.
But this sale definitely isn’t just clothing and décor. Head outside and into the garage because there’s plenty more to dig through, including tools, garage items, bicycles, rims, outdoor items, patio pieces, pots and plants, along with all kinds of useful odds and ends.
We even have some larger and more unusual finds, including a GIANT printer and a laminator because every good estate sale needs a few things that make you say, “Wait… they have WHAT?” 😂
This is truly one of those something-for-everyone sales. Come for the modern furniture and clothing, stay for Mom’s vintage jewelry and then wander into the garage and leave with a bicycle, tools, Christmas decorations and a plant you absolutely did not plan on buying. 😉
