Mobile Workstation Carts
Some carts include batteries, monitor mounts and chargers; however, configurations and included components vary. Some carts do not include batteries or monitor mounts. Review each lot’s description for its specific configuration and included items. Monitors and printers are not included with the carts.

Estimated New Retail Comparison
Comparable new Newcastle NB Series mobile workstation packages equipped with two lithium batteries and a charging station are currently advertised at approximately $6,100–$6,700 each, depending on model and supplier. This comparison is provided for reference only and is not an appraisal of the auction lots. Auction carts vary in configuration and included components and have not been tested for functionality.
Condition
All items are new or like new but have not been tested for functionality. Review individual lot descriptions and photos before bidding.
Shipping & Pickup
Workstation carts are currently stored off their pallets. For purchases requiring freight shipping, Coastal will place the carts back onto pallets and restrap them for pickup. Included monitor mounts are packed separately rather than installed on the carts.
Buyers are responsible for selecting a shipper, obtaining quotes, arranging transportation and paying all shipping costs from 315 G Great Bridge Blvd, Chesapeake, VA 23320, to their destination. Coastal will assist the buyer’s shipper during pickup, but all shipping arrangements and pricing must be handled by the buyer. Any additional packaging required by the carrier must be coordinated before pickup.
Estimated Cart Shipping Weight & Dimensions
For preliminary freight quotes, use an estimated allowance of 200–250 lbs. per pallet containing one cart, including typical batteries, accessories, pallet and packaging. We have no means of weighing the carts on site, so this is an estimate only—not a verified shipping weight. Actual weight varies by configuration and included components.
A preliminary dimensional allowance is approximately 36-38″ H × 29-31″ W × 38-40″ L per pallet, assuming one upright cart on a 48″ × 40″ pallet, with no packaging overhang or accessory boxes extending above that height. These are estimated dimensions, not verified packaged measurements. Actual dimensions depend on the final pallet and packing configuration.
These estimates apply to workstation carts only. Other auction items will have different shipping weights and dimensions.
Battery Shipping
Some lots include lithium batteries. Buyers must disclose included batteries to their freight provider when requesting a quote so it accounts for applicable battery handling, packaging, labeling and transportation requirements and charges. Review the lot description for battery quantities and provide the carrier with available battery specifications before booking.
