Located in Novato, CA BRING LABOR TO SAFELY REMOVE ITEMS! We will NOT be able to assist. You will be asked to return another time within the stated dates/times if the proper amount of labor help and equipment is not present.
For new bidders, a private residence estate where we do not disclose the address and auction pick ups will occur at the estate will have strict protocols when picking up. This means - we WILL require appointments and we will NOT allow restroom use. This is why our clients choose the online auctions - for privacy and security and we will need to enforce it.
