We are doing something a little wild & crazy ( written with a Steve Martin accent playing in my head) with our next sale…starting on a Wednesday!
ESTATE SALE in Perry Hall/Kingsville on Bel Air Rd ( exact address going out closer to sale dates) runs
Wednesday, October 14, from 2-6 pm with a sign up sheet to manage traffic going out at the property at 1 pm.
Thursday, October 15, from 12-4
Friday, October 16, from 10-2
Saturday, October 17, from 9-1
Parking is a ginormous field/yard so sale dates are weather dependent.
What’s there? Jewelry, vintage finds, antique dining room furniture, grandma chic/cottage bedroom furniture, Hollywood Regency style end tables, love seat, vintage ceramics, cake tins, vi tags barware/glassware, clothing including Harley Davidson, fabric, books, lighting, primitives, kitchen finds, vi tags/MCM round table and chairs, tools, yard items, deco furniture, Christmas and Thanksgiving/ fall decor, antique stove, and more!
We will be adding fresh merchandise on Wednesday and Thursday. Client is unloading their family home in Hydes into this property. Since the house is already packed, as things sell we will add more.
We are still setting up…more photos to come!
Cash, please. Local checks with ID considered.
Please inspect before buying as there are no returns, refunds, credits, exchanges. All sales final.
As always, you are entering the property at your own risk. Please use caution on the stairs/grounds. This is a multi level home with items outside, too.
If you are considering an estate sale, this time of year, through the holidays is a fantastic time for a sale! Please email aroundthetownestate@yahoo.com or phone the number on the page. We are also booking into 2027!
Hope to see you!
