EM Estate Services, LLC is hosting an estate sale this weekend. We have been working for weeks collecting amazing items from 12 different homes to host this three-day off-site event. The collection is a great mix of antique, vintage, unique, unexpected, practical, collectible, and everything in between — there is a lot to explore.

*** Line numbers will be available on Friday only at 9:00 am. Line numbers are not needed after the initial opening on Friday.

If you have been to our sales before, you may recognize the address. We have hosted off-site sales in this space several times in the past. If you are newer to our sales, or joining us for the first time, welcome! We call this an "off-site" sale as we are hosting the event in an open retail space rather than a home. Don't worry, we will be back to our usual in-home sales next month.

* Purchased items: Sales are final. All items must be removed by 2:00 pm on Sunday.
* 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Cash, Venmo, and Credit Card accepted. Non-cash transactions will incur a fee. No personal checks.
* "𝐀𝐬 𝐈𝐬": All items are sold "as is" with no returns, refunds, or guarantees. They have not been tested. Please inspect carefully before purchasing.
* 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲: You are entering the property at your own risk. Please exercise caution when navigating the property.
* 𝐍𝐨 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐬: Food and drinks are not permitted inside the sale venue.
