If you follow us on Facebook, you saw my post about my first visit to this estate. The first 2 pictures are what I saw as I drove up on that first visit. It's my favorite kind of sale! It took decades to create these collections and we are excited to share with you! Here's a summary list of what the sale has to offer: Living Room: Incredible hen on nest collection, miniature spun-glass collection, carousel horse collection, cloisonne collection, stained glass hangings, nautical themed barware, vintage dishes and decor for almost every holiday, and more all staged on quality classic pieces of furniture including a Wm. Knabe & Company piano, Drexel Chippendale-style secretary desk, Seth Thomas grandfather clock, MCM bookshelf, 3pc oak and glass tables, a heavy/solid table with matching hutch and dry sink bar, and other small accent tables. Kitchen: Table linens for all occasions, everyday basics mixed with vintage dishware such as a Homer Laughlin Kitchen Kraft mixing bowl, West Bend penguin ice bucket, McDonald's glasses, Pyrex multicolor nesting bowl set, and lots more! Laundry room: Whirlpool washer, Maytag dryer, cleaning supplies, and kitchen overflow. Upstairs Primary Bedroom: A very nice 7 pc rustic log bedroom set includes kingsize bed, chest, 2 nightstands, 2 chest of drawers, and media armoire with drawers all staged with a large bear collection, llama collection, Noah's Ark collection, vintage decor, and lots and lots of vintage toys including an original Atari, cabbage patch dolls, hand puppet collection, classic board games, Fisher Price, and others. Then there's the closet we refer to as the bouquet of Beanie Babies because a sweet story was shared with us by the owner. Her late husband didn't bring her flowers, he brought her a Beanie Baby in lieu of flowers... lots and lots of them! It's too sweet! And you aren't good with stairs, there is a like new chair lift system to transport you up and down. Family Room: Now a holiday bazaar, it is loaded with vintage Christmas and Halloween, plus other holidays. A Grandeur Noel Christmas bear, extra large collection of Hallmark ornaments, holiday Beanie Babies, vintage pumpkins, masks, and lots more fun treasures! Also in this room is a book collection, VHS and 8 track tapes, military hat collection, saddle and western hats, Samsung TV and vintage electronics, plus overseas travel souvenirs, and more. Downstairs primary bedroom: Women's clothes mostly in larger sizes 3x - 5x, some men's clothing size large, a fun tie collection, shoes, jewelry, and more staged on a vintage quality full-size bedroom set. 3rd Bedroom: Nice wrought iron daybed with trundle, roll top desk, and lots of household linens. Office: Office supplies, vintage Smith-Corona typewriter, vintage stereo with CD changer, vintage camera collection, old school tube TV, and other small vintage electronics, lots of greeting cards, small collection of stamps and ink, a super cute wicker hanging monkey, and more! Bathroom: Nautical themed decor, shell collection, and HABA. Hallway: Fantastic collection of art by Misha Moracha. Garage: Basic tools, 2 bin racks, pet supplies, camping gear, portable A/C, mobility scooter, newer Hamilton Beach freezer, firearms (not stored on site except during sales hours), and more Backyard: Gardening tools and supplies, John Deere X320 mower (not pretty, but runs), Honda push mower, and other backyard items Tractor: 2021 John Deere 4052r, 50.8hp, hydrostatic transmission, 4x4 tractor with 440R loader and 485A backhoe attachment. Like new condition with 410 hours. It's a beauty! Truck: It's not a beauty, but it is a solid truck. 1996 Dodge Ram 2500 V10, 4x4 with 122500. Runs. Perfect farm truck!
