Everything is FREE — there are NO HOLDS and NO RESERVATIONS.

➡️ If you choose something, you must be prepared to take it with you right away.

🛍️ Bring bags or boxes for smaller items.

💪 Bring an extra set of hands for furniture and other heavy items.

🚙 Bring a proper vehicle for transporting larger items.

You are responsible for moving and transporting anything you take. Please be respectful, appreciative, and gracious when moving items out so that nothing gets damaged.

Do not block sidewalks and be respectful of street parking rules.

There will be absolutely NO DRAMA or arguing with others. Anyone who engages in distasteful behavior will be asked to leave immediately.

If too many people arrive at once, I may need to have some people wait outside temporarily while others are inside. This is simply to keep things moving safely and prevent damage to the house or belongings.

Come prepared, and take what you can use! Everything is FREE and EVERYTHING MUST GO! 🎉
