Our online auctions typically run for 9 to 11 days, and we pride ourselves on providing extensive visual documentation—averaging over 10 photos per lot—to ensure you can bid with confidence. While dimensions are rounded to the nearest 1/4 inch, our team is always happy to provide further testing, measurements, or specific photography upon request. If you have questions, please reach out via email or HiBid direct message; we strive to respond within 24 hours, though we appreciate your patience on weekends and auction closing days. Please note that all winning bids are subject to a 18% Buyer’s Premium and 8.7% Arizona sales tax. To maintain a fair environment, bidding increments vary by auction, and some items may carry a reserve. Our auctions conclude with a "soft close" feature to prevent last-minute sniping: auctions with 100 lots or fewer feature a 90-second soft close, while larger auctions of over 100 lots use a 60-second interval. If you are tax-exempt, please ensure your documentation is submitted and confirmed prior to the close of the auction. For a seamless checkout, invoices are clerked and processed through HiBid’s secure internal processor within six hours of the auction's end. Payments are due at that time and will be automatically deducted from your card on file (please note that Crae’s does not have direct access to your private payment information). All invoices must be settled in full prior to the pickup or shipment of your items. In the event of a failed payment, we will contact you immediately; however, please be aware that lots will be forfeited if payment is not received within seven days of the auction close.
