The HOA Board has graciously made an exception allowing us to hold this Estate Sale under very specific community rules, so this sale will be BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Once you text Holly, she will respond and schedule your appointment. Directions and entrance instructions will be provided with your confirmed appointment. Appointments are limited so that we can keep traffic and the number of shoppers inside the home controlled. If everyone is patient and follows the instructions, this should make for a wonderful Estate Sale experience with no huge crowds, no long lines, and plenty of time to shop. 🛍️ Because space is limited, if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please text Holly as soon as possible so we can offer that opening to someone else. 🚚 PLEASE NOTE: Large furniture and oversized purchases will be scheduled for pickup at a later designated time.
