This sale is located in a well established community. This large home features a garage, basement and main living area that is filled with a lot of unknowns.

THIS IS A PICKER SALE!

THIS MEANS WE DO NOT KNOW ALL THAT IS IN THIS HOUSE. WE DID NOT GO THROUGH MOST OF IT. WE DID NOT PRICE MOST OF IT.

We recommend bringing a flashlight light, gloves and a mask (mask is optional but basement has some
Mold)

The house will be opened to all of course, but be ready to come dig through and get dirty! The attic, basement and garage are full of items and you know how basements and attics are! the entire house is packed.

Some items will be priced, but most will not. Prices will be given at checkout - FAIR negotiations will be entertained.

No holds. Items must be paid for immediately.
Buyers are responsible for removing purchased items.
EESA staff may is not available to assist with heavy items.
If assistance carrying items is requested and staff is available, there will be no discounts applied and a fee will be charged.
We encourage buyers to test items before purchasing when possible.
All items must be removed by Sunday at 2 PM.
Items not removed will be forfeited and become property of EESA.
