We've been contracted to clear 2 large storage units. They are climate controlled units near chaffee crossing. Pick up will be onsite. Mostly househould goods and decor. These are used items for the most part but are in good shape. Feel free to ask questions but since the items will remain in storage for the duration of the sale, it will be difficult to answer questions about specific items as they are not easily accessible. Measurements are provided as HxWxD Thank you. All bidding starts at $1 dollar and will sell regardless of price. We make no guarantees of items but have found all items to be in good condition unless we noted in the description an issue.
