Mom has sold her house and we are letting go of a lot of great items. She loves Christmas, birds, music boxes, entertaining pieces, and lovely bedding and it shows! There's not enough room in her new place to bring all these items, so we hope you will love these as much as she does. Bear with me, this is my first and last hosting of an estate sale. I just googled some common rules and hope they aren't too trifling lol. HOUSE/SALE RULES NO EARLY SALES NO PUBLIC RESTROOM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS BE MINDFUL TO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS OR MAILBOXES Shoplifting will not be tolerated. Cameras are watching and shoplifters will be prosecuted. We cannot help with loading heavy items. Bring your own muscle! Anyone changing or removing tags will be asked to leave and will not be allowed to purchase any item. All sales are final. All items are sold as is with no guarantees, warranties, or returns. I have tested all battery operated items and electric items and they are in working order unless noted on tag. Numbers will be given out as we will have to limit the number of people shopping in the home as space allows. 20 or more at a time in the house with unlimited people allowed in garage portion of home.--SUBJECT TO CHANGE? You will enter the front door on the porch and check out there as well. Only one entry and exit for the house. Garage entry is behind the house around driveway. Sold stickers will be given out upon entry to tag large items. Our helpers will get your name and move the items to the checkout area on the porch. Hold area is the SOLD area, not the MAYBE area. Do not sticker items or bring them to hold at the checkout area if you are unsure of a purchase. If you request an item to be marked “SOLD” or placed in one of our hold areas, it is considered purchased by you. It is unfair to others who might wish to purchase while you decide. We do have some boxes and packing materials, but we would encourage you bring your own and leave them in your vehicle until checkout. We do have plastic grocery bags.
