Contents include: Wurlitzer C153 Piano, Crated Artwork, Mirrors, Boxes, Personals, Paperwork, Books plus much more. The functionality of any & all electric/electronic items are unknown. Authenticity is not checked nor guaranteed on any & all items. Items are located in Newton, MA. **NOTE: Facility is equipped with truck loading dock. Unit is located on the first floor. Pickup note: Buyers assume all risk & are responsible for complete removal of unit contents. The high bidder must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Sunday, August 30 at 8PM. The unit must be broom swept clean. Any dumpsters/garbage receptacles on the property is for use by the storage facility only; not the public. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, August 30 at 8PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer with a minimum disposal fee of $300. The storage facility closes at 8PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room number will only be given to winning bidder. There is no physical inspection available for this auction.
