-- Mr Heater -- still in box - propane, but convertible to natural gas (kit will be required for NG).

-- 14kw Champion Generator (out of Crate/box) w/ Axis Smart Switch (still in box) -- never used -- paid $5,000+ would like $3750 or best (can be seen online at above website)
-- 12.5kw Champion Generator (out of crate/box) w/o ATS -- used ats can be made available. Paid $4200+. Asking $2500 without ats. Can make arrangements for used ats to be made available. (can be seen at www.onlineresale.net)
-- Solar panels for pool (5 available) -- never used, but out of box.
-- Mini rototiller (runs, but needs tune up)
