The functionality of electric/electronic items are unknown. The authenticity of items are unknown/have not been checked. The unit is located in Poughkeepsie, NY.Payment is due by Friday, August 7 at 1PM.Pickup must be completed by Sunday, August 9 at 5PM. Pickup note: The winning bidders must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property & have the unit broom swept clean by Sunday, August 9 at 5PM. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, August 9 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any units not 100% completely cleaned out by the stated pickup deadline, the high bidder will incur a minimum disposal fee of $150. Any dumpsters/garbage receptacles on the property is for use by the storage facility only; not the public. The storage facility closes at 10PM.
