• Accepted offers must be paid within two (2) hours of notification or the item may be offered to the next buyer.
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, Zelle, or Venmo.
• Once payment is received, your item will be marked SOLD and reserved for you.

• All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
• All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.
• Buyers are responsible for loading, moving and transporting large furniture and the piano. Please bring adequate help and an appropriate vehicle needed for large items.
• Items not picked up during the scheduled pickup time will be considered abandoned and donated to local charities. No refunds will be issued for unclaimed items.
• Availability is subject to prior sale.
• After an item has been purchased, the buyer assumes all responsibility for loading, transporting, and caring for the item.
• If multiple buyers submit similar offers, preference may be given to the earliest offer or the highest offer, at the seller’s discretion, we recommend you submit your offer timely.
• We will reply to all reasonable submissions, If you do not receive a response within a reasonable time, please resend your message, as Craigslist messages occasionally fail to reach us.
Items available during the in-person sale are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
