We have amassed alot of great stuff over the years but all of us come to a point where you start running out of space to store it all- that is where we are at- and so we are having a semi-retirement downsizing sale to start unloading some of the great items we have been collecting and saving for this epic event.

Item Listing-

* Quilting Material, Patterns & Quilting Magazines Galore- Fat Quarters, Fat Eighths, 5" Charm Packs, 3.5" Charm Packs, 2.5" Strips, 10" Squares, 8" Squares all available. Vast majority of the items are premium Moda & Marcus Fabrics but we also have some cheaper fabric that will be available at half price. Fat Quarters are 4 for $10 & Fat Eighths are 4 For $5!

* Tons of great hardcover and large softcover books. Subjects include...

Geography/Travel, GIS Related and Mapping Books including several types of wonderful World Atlas Reference Books.
Photography Instructional Manuals and Reference Books along with some great picture books.
Cooking/Baking and BBQ/Grilling Recipe Books
Healthy Living
Hardback Fiction ( mostly military and espionage/spycraft type titles- think Tom Clancy). The wife also had many "female empowerment books related to the same subject because she was one of the first classes that had women in the Corps- ask her about it at the sale!

Bottom Line- if you like to read you will likely find something cool here to check out. All books will be a third off if you buy 3 and half off if you purchase 5. Come on Sunday to save even more where we will take half off if you buy 3 and 75% off if you buy 5!

* Men's & Women's Clothes- Two pieces for $5.00, 5 pieces for $10.00

Men's clothes are Medium or Large Shirts (15.5" Neck/33" Arm in Dress Shirts) and most of the pants are 33-34" W 32" L
Women's Clothes are M-L and run from Misses size 8-16

On Closeout Sunday clothes that are left will be marked down to $1.00 a piece!

* Vintage Records- We have two milk crates full of vintage records- most that are left are classical and OG crooner type albums but these are OLD Vinyl- One crate is full of old 78's that feature jazz artists and the big band acts from the 50's including some Count Bassie albums.

Due their popularity, the albums will not be available for sale on Closeout Sunday.

* Vintage Boardgames- A couple of dozen titles are available from the 70's and 80's- a couple of them could be considered to be "R-Rated" if you catch my drift-they were leftovers from my younger days....

* Vintage Glassware & China- Too many varied items to mention- hope to snap a few shots to upload to this site before Saturday morning but we have collected ALOT of great vintage glassware items over the years that will be offered in the sale.

Only selected items will be offered for half price on Sunday

* Kitchen Appliances & Pots/Pans/Bakeware- Selection includes New West Bend Breadmaker, a smoothie blender set,several pieces of Chef's Quarters Professional Aluminum Skillets & Sauce Pans, Some Anchor Hocking/ Pyrex Serving Pieces, Collectable Tins and several camp cookware kits. Also have several new and used pieces of food storage containers and also used pieces of plastic organizer tubs.

Only selected kitchen items will be sold at half off on Sunday.

Antique Furniture- We have several cool antique furniture pieces that will be offered for sale-it's unfortunate that we do not have anyplace to use these pieces but maybe you do. We have...

Three Walnut Dining room chairs that have been refinished & reupholstered- one of them needs to be reglued- $50 for the pair- I will throw in the third for free.

A Cute Small Veneered Dropleaf Secretary Desk that would be great to paint and upcycle into a shabby chic piece- $60.00

These antique furniture pieces will be offered for half price on Sunday if they are not sold on Friday or Saturday.

* Old Hard to find Terra Cotta , African Violet and Bonsai Flower Pots and a few handmade wicker baskets.

All of this and more can be found at our sale this weekend in Fairway Hills. Cash, Zelle and Mastercard/Visa payments can be processed- no cash discounts will be offered on credit card payments and credit card sales must meet a $25.00 sales total threshhold for us to process your credit card payment and we reserve the right to ask for a proper picture ID so we can verify the cardholder's identity before processing the sale.
