Contents include: Wurlitzer C153 Piano, Crated Artwork, Mirrors, Boxes, Personals, Paperwork, Books plus much more. The functionality of any & all electric/electronic items are unknown. Authenticity is not checked nor guaranteed on any & all items. Items are located in Highland, NY. Pickup note: Buyers assume all risk & are responsible for complete removal of unit contents. The high bidder must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Monday August 3 at 8PM. The unit must be broom swept clean. Any dumpsters/garbage receptacles on the property is for use by the storage facility only; not the public. Anything left in the unit after Monday August 3 at 8PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer with a minimum disposal fee of $300. The storage facility closes at 8PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room number will only be given to winning bidder. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. The key to the lock on the unit & the gate access code must be picked up at the Absolute Auction Center in Pleasant Valley, NY by Friday, July 31 at 3PM or maybe overnighted at the bidder's expense.Payment is due by Tuesday, July 28 at 1PM. **Note the accepted forms of payment for this auction.Information with payment and pickup instructions will be emailed to winning bidders the morning after the auction ends.Pickup must be completed by Monday, August 3 at 8PM.All lots sold as is, where is.
