Estate Sale Dates: July 24-26: Fri.: 9am-3pm; Sat.: 9am-2pm; Sun.: 1-3pm This “Estate” has an amazing 10.86 Ac +/- with a large and beautiful home that was custom built by this family in 1978. The owner has now moved to be closer to family. You will find a 4150 SF +/- home full of beautiful antiques & collectibles! Please make plans now to come and enjoy this beautiful Estate Sale! Terms: We do not accept checks. We offer a 3% Cash Discount to shoppers paying with cash. We accept most debit and credit cards; however, we do not accept metal or double thick cards as they carry some of the highest processing fees. We should have our business verified Venmo account established by the time of this sale. * Shop at your own risk. If you are are unsteady or weak about climbing stairs, we encourage you not to climb these. By coming to the sale, you agree to shop at your own risk. There is a main floor, an upstairs and a large basement in the home. * Everything sells “As-is” and “Where-is.” if you purchase a bed or large furniture, you will need to bring the tools necessary to disassemble it. You must bring help to load your items. * Before loading any furniture items, please speak with a worker and let us know your plan of what you intend to use to move it. We want to make sure that your wheels do not damage the floor and of course we do not want you to slide anything directly on the floor. Using a moving blanket to slide under the furniture is a great idea to make the moving easier and to protect the floor. Our number one concern is your safety and our second concern is no damage to the real estate from moving furniture. * There should be plenty of parking on the premises in the large yard. * We ask that shoppers be polite and to allow everyone enjoy their time at the sale.
