It's another extra-large estate sale with a packed 3500 sqft house attached to a 3100 sqft hangar complete with an airplane! Plan to spend some time with us to take it all in. Doors open Friday, July 24, 2026, at 9am. The address will post at 7:30am on Friday, July 24th. A nearby waiting area will be posted late afternoon on Thursday, July 23rd. Hours: 9am - 4pm on Friday, 7/24/26 & Saturday, 7/25/26, and 10am - 3pm on Sunday, 7/26/26 Details: Mix of vintage and modern goods and collectibles, plus three automobiles, tractor, riding mowers, lawn equipment, and an airplane. House: Kitchen: Large collection of small appliances including a KitchenAid with all the accessories, beautiful vintage 20 place setting of Mikasa Pink Poppy (NIB), plus Mikasa pans, glassware, and table accessories to complete a table, large collection of Pioneer Woman dishes and new pots & pans, a festive collection of Moroccan style dishware, vintage dishware including Hazel Atlas pastel Modertone, Fire-King Jadeite, and more! Dining Room: Gorgeous live edge dining table for 8 (was NIB in hangar), electric fireplace side table, topped with crystal to create a stunning and classy room! Sunroom: Rattan table and 4 chairs, with a coordinating rattan loveseat and 2 chairs, all staged with colorful pillows and dishes. Family Room: Blue sectional couch, and a farm style side table topped with fun cat collectibles. Front Entry Room: Transformed into a child's dream room, it is full of fun toys, a huge collection of mostly new puzzles, kites, model planes, Superman lunch box and unopened comic book bundle, and a wrought iron daybed. Living Room: In additional to a beautiful Kawai grand piano, and book nook, it holds a holiday bazaar! Lots of Christmas modern and vintage, including a prelite 9' Christmas tree, lots of ornaments including Swarovski, a snow globe collection, plus decorations for Halloween and Easter. Our favorite Christmas enthusiast, Claudia (and her new assistant, Max) really outdid themselves with this room! Downstairs bedroom: We referred to it as the "pretty room" because it is filled with pretty things! It is a mix of themes. Vintage 1970's French crystal and brass lamp, starburst design cut glass lamp, pair of Jadeite green candleholders, and other vintage items mixed in with other themed decor like peacocks, seashells, geodes and thundereggs, Native American and other pottery, carved Alaskan shed antlers, soapstone figurines, 2 Bev Doolittle pictures, all staged on modern bedroom furniture (some pieces found NIB in the hangar). Candle Room: An unfinished bathroom we turned into a candle room. Lots and lots of candles in every size and color set in a lite display case. Laundry Room: Sheets, towels, curtains, throw rugs, plus a Samsung washer and dryer set. Garden Room: 2 Sets of wicker furniture, a beautiful large Southwestern mirror (found NIB in hangar), all surrounded by a large collection of colorful glass and yard art. Upstairs: Another primary bedroom is filled with craft supplies, ribbon, yarn, small trinket boxes, baskets, stained glass and more. The fun continues in a small room next to the primary bedroom with a huge collection of beads, plus a vintage Singer sewing machine, fabric, and craft books. Upstairs Bathroom: Lots of high-end beauty products and basic toiletries. Upstairs Loft: Lots of office supplies, an unopened NIB 1996 Packard Bell monitor and computer, vintage cameras and accessories, Panasonic CD stereo, plus beautiful watercolors from Alaskan artists. Hangar: Packed with an assortment of goods! Aviation collectibles and artwork, books, household overflow, dishware, furniture, electronics, household renovation supplies including a Skyjack scissor lift, camping gear, gardening supplies, and tools, lots of tools! Lawn equipment: Husqvarna Z254F riding mower, Craftsman riding mower, Craftsman push mower, Cadet push mower, Honda GX31 rototiller, and gardening tools. Autos: 2007 Ford F-150 pickup with 111K miles, clean, runs 1993 Ford F-150 XLT, clean bed with shell, runs 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport All Wheel Drive van, 226K miles, runs Guest of Honor!The plane is a 1966 Nanchang CJ-6. Brought to the US in 1991, total time 1835, last annual 2006, hangar stored for the last 20 years
