Rain or shine we will be OPEN! Annual Sale is HUGE!. We're BACK! This sale occupies our full garage, two car ports, four pop up canopies, and our back deck. Unless you've been here before, you haven't seen a garage sale like this. Come and get it, we want it all gone. Make an offer. Quantity discounts! List is updated almost daily if large items sell.

The sale is on July 16, 17, 18, and 19 (Thursday - Sunday) 9AM to up to 7PM. Yes that is correct, 7PM so you can even stop by on your way home from work. There will be a few other residents opening up their own garage sales in the neighborhood as well. But not everyone stays open as late as we do.
