Warrenton Estate Sale HTG will be having 2 Estate Sales this weekend: Catlett and Warrenton. WARRENTON SALE: The photos don’t do this house justice. We are working around the owners still packing with movers later in week. This house is full, full, full….please make plans to stop by! PLEASE NOTE: Our Sign up sheet will be available 7:45 am on sale day. You will enter according to our sheet only. For early birds who make their own list, WE will transfer names to OUR sheet but you MUST BE PRESENT to be added to our sheet. If not present, your name is removed. NO EXCEPTIONS. Make sure you are back at the house by 8:45, if you are not in line by that time, you will forfeit your spot. Check out HTG on Facebook for updated information and future estate sales. **NO BAGS OR PURSES larger than a wallet will be allowed inside the home. Clear see-through bags will be permitted.** **BRING HELP. ** HTG DOES NOT MOVE FURNITURE. Please bring help when purchasing large items. BRING YOUR OWN PACKING SUPPLIES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, no returns, exchanges or refunds. No exceptions. HTG accepts cash, local checks with ID and credit cards with a 3% fee. PARKING-Driveway is for loading big items only. We expect customers to be courteous of neighbors. Park in designated parking area only. Do not block neighbors driveways or mailboxes. Before purchasing, INSPECT YOUR ITEMS thoroughly and/or plug in to check if working. All items are sold “AS IS” condition. Not responsible for accidents while on property.
