This sale is on an acre lot with the house full as well as the outbuildings! We have a lot of Mid Century Modern furniture as well as MCM collectibles! There is a lot of Artwork, many signed! Two roll-top desks, vanity, art deco style dresser and nightstand, dining room table w/six chairs, a black leather sectional with 2 manual recliners, we have a gorgeous glass table, a large amount of bar accessories including lights, signs and mixer’s, topper’s, openers and more, numerous unique lamps and side tables. Kitchen items including several cast iron pieces. A lot of medical items including braces for most limbs. You will also find two large bird cages, men’s and women’s clothing, shoes, hats, handbags and ties. There is also a wide assortment of linens, all sizes. You will be pleased at the selection of collectables such as porcelain and hand carved masks, banks, Waterford and Murano glass, baskets, games, and figurines (Barbies, Star Wars, Disney & others) . We have a lot of pictures of different venues many of which are signed! We have a swing set(needs cleaned ), numerous pots and a couple with plants. In the out building, that was a machine shop and pottery shop, you will find many items including a brand new grill and wood chipper (that needs work), metal cutting band saw, auto engine lift, a metal bending machine and a lot of other equipment. In the yard is a scaffold, 28 gallon tank on wheels, water fountain, and a compost barrel along with an array of other tools and items worth viewing. This is definitely a sale full of MCM , African art, vintage children’s games and toys, a few musical instruments and of course Holiday, kitchen and household items. We have a collection of pet items for dogs and cats, books, CD’s and candles. A little Holiday including 2 Christmas trees, electronics, canes and walking sticks, jewelry Still going through many more items!! .
