Garage Sale Featuring Fabric, 6/20, 8-1Pm, West Chester Oh

We will be having a garage sale including both fleece and cotton fabric as well as general household goods on Saturday June 20 from 8 am-1pm at 6395 Santa Anita Ct West Chester OH 45069 – part of Beckett Ridge garage sales.

Fleece $4 a yard, $3 for 10 or more yards, no cutting (most pieces 1 to 2 yards, some larger some smaller). Cotton fabrics (novelty, seasonal, sports, tone on tone, etc.) priced by the piece, usually $1-$3 a yard. Few pieces of apparel fabric, Wooly Nylon thread, some notions and interfacing. Cross stitch and needlepoint books/patterns. General garage sale merchandise includes but not limited to Coleman coolers, tools including new in box grit sander and electric saw, small tabletop charcoal grill, kitchen items, baskets, new basketball backboard in box, Pokeman cards and other items, large collapsible dog kennel, mini putting green, jigsaw puzzles, and whatever else we find to put out. Also, homemade peanut butter dog biscuits and catnip toys with proceeds going to SICSA Pet Adoption center (which is also where fleece proceeds benefit).
