Manordale Farms Multi-Home/Community Yard Sale

The Manordale Farms neighborhood in Murrysville PA will be holding its annual Community Yard Sale on Saturday, May 16, 2026 AND select homes on Sunday, May 17th from 8 AM to 2 PM. NO EARLY BIRDS PLEASE!

Signs to enter the plan can be found at the entrances at Berkshire Drive at Route 22, Manordale Drive and Woodmont off of Claridge Export Road. Signage to blocks with houses will be visible for visitors. Please use zip code 15632 for GPS.

Participating streets currently include Willow, Woodmont, Berkshire, Glenwood and Greybrook. There are over two dozen houses participating on Saturday and about a dozen on Sunday.

• Snacks and Bottled Water Sale for Action for Animals Shelter (Berkshire)

• Cargo Carrier and Utility Shelves; Plants; Race Car Bed; Kids Toys and Clothes, Knicknacks; Home goods; Purses, Women’s Clothes; Fiestaware; Holiday Décor (Berkshire)
• Vintage American Girl Dolls; Men’s and Women’s Dress Clothing, Coats $1-10 (Glenwood)
• Baby Toys, High Chair, STEM Toys; Toys and Kids Clothes (Manordale)
• Ping Pong Table, Exercise Equipment and a KIA Sorento (Willow)
• Lawn Furniture; Bed Frames, Microwave, Blow Up Beds (Woodmont)

And so much more will be sold the day of so it is worth a visit to our neighborhood! More houses will set up the days of the sale.
