Muzzleloaders do not require background check nor do airguns. You're required to show a government-issued ID. Fee for background check is $30 payable directly to Tag Sales by DeeDee 4. For buyers that live outside of Ohio: (a.) Firearms will be shipped to an FFL dealer in your state. Buyer/winning bidder pays all UPS costs to pack and ship to an FFL dealer near you according to federal/Ohio laws.Fee of $20 will be applied and paid directly to Tag Sales by DeeDee for transporting firearms to UPS or USPS 5.
