Stuff will be priced to move expediently out the door! 📒Important Notes:🚗 Parking:• Do NOT park in front of the fire hydrant• Do NOT block any driveways or park in yards• Plenty of flat street parking available (you may need to walk a short distance) 🚪Entry:• Home is packed full — please be patient when entering.• No pushing or rushing—there’s something for everyone! 📦Holding Area:• There will be a small holding area in the front of the estate weather dependent.• Be prepared to carry your items• Feel free to bring bags, boxes, and packing materials♿ Accessibility:• Most of the home is handicap accessible (small steps required). The basement has stairs going down and may not be handicap accessible. 🔥House Rules:• No vaping or smoking inside the home. 💲Payment:• CASH (no cards or checks), Cashapp, or Venmo are accepted. 📦Loading:• We may or may not have assistance on ground for loading. Please plan to bring your own loaders. ⏰Opening:• Doors open promptly at 9:00 AM• No early bird sales• The sign-up sheet will be out at 8am the morning of the sale. Those that sign up will be lined up to enter the estate first. After the ones that signed up, everyone else will be permitted to enter the estate. ⚖️Legal:Entering the property is at your own risk.
