Items are located in Highland, NY.Payment is due by Thursday, May 7 at 1PM.Information with payment and pickup instructions will be emailed to winning bidders the morning after the auction ends.Pickup must be completed by SATURDAY, May 9 at 5PM**Pickup note: Buyers assume all risk & are responsible for complete removal of unit contents. The high bidder must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by SATURDAY, May 9 at 5pm. Any dumpsters/garbage receptacles on the property are for use by the storage facility only; not the public. Anything left in the unit after SATURDAY, May 9 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any unit not completely emptied by the stated pickup deadline, the high bidder will incur a disposal fee of at least $150. The storage facility access closes at 11PM daily. The key to the lock on the unit must be picked up by Thursday, May 7 by 3PM at Absolute Auctions & Realty office in Pleasant Valley, NY.
