Large Yard Sale - 4/26/26 - Many Items Available + Raffle

Hours: 9AM-3PM

Please be respectful of my start time and be courteous to myself and others. If you do that you will get a better price from me :) This sale happens ONCE a year.

If you show up before this time, I will ask you to come back at 9AM. I want you to come and have a great time and buy some nice things at a great prices but I also need some time to setup. For anyone who spends $50 you will be entered into a raffle at 3PM for a choice between one of two $75 prizes.

I will have MANY items out on tables/accessible via my driveway. The rest of my items will not be put out but I can get them upon request during any slower periods of activity or in advance. My items are well organized. You can leave a comment on this post with any contact information and I will promptly reach out to you and provide you a link to my store if you'd like to browse what I have available and build a virtual pile in advance. Everything will be discounted during the yard sale.

I run a family-run virtual store (1000+ Positive Feedback) and specialize in many categories. I am narrowing my focus and getting rid of certain category items. What do I sell that will be at the yard sale?

Movies (I have over 1,000+ brand new import kung fu/asian crime DVDs that will be at the yard sale with special discount pricing. If you are a fan of old Kung fu movies you will want to see these)

My prices are not $5-10 for $100 items. They are on average 20-25% less than prices you'd find online.

If you are a reseller coming to my yard sale - I welcome you. I am a reseller myself. You will only find margin and can make money from my items when building a pile and being within reason with any offers. I want to get rid of some stuff. There are certain category items I will let go at the cost I paid for the item which will be 50-75% or more below market value.
