Community Sale

Come out today for a community-wide yard sale at 🧡 LITTLETON'S MOBILE HOME PARK 🧡 1315 E marshall blvd 92404, off the Del Rosa Exit, head North.

🦜We’re a well-established, quiet gated community here in San Bernardino, and today a bunch of residents are opening things up with tons of items for sale all throughout the park. Traditionally the community has been age 55+ & that is the majority of folks that live here. But there are those in their 30's & 40's as well. The point is.... your going to see a GIANT PLETHORA of items for sale at yard sale prices. Yes, yard sale prices, because were doing this to clear out stuff not to make a second income. So none of that, "on Ebay" price rhetoric you see all too often these days when trying to find good deals! 🥰

The park’s been around since the late 60s and has that old-school neighborhood feel, so it’s an easy place to walk through and hit multiple sales without driving all over the city. We have hundreds of residences in our park & many are participating, so you wont be disappointed!🦚

Pull up, cruise through, and see what you can score. Early birds will definitely get first crack at the good stuff. But dont forget the ending of the day is where you can get the best deals for the most items because nobody wants to have to drag any items they had out for sale back in the house! 🤩
