The functionality of electric/electronic items are unknown. Authenticity is not checked nor guaranteed on any & all items. The high bidder must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Sunday, May 3 at 8PM. The unit must be broom swept clean. Any dumpsters on the property are for use by the storage facility only; not the public. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, May 3 at 8PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer with a minimum disposal fee of $300. The storage facility closes at 8PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room number will only be given to the winning bidder. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. The keys to the units & gate access codes must be picked up by Friday, May 1 at 3PM at the Absolute Auction Center in Pleasant Valley, NY.
