Massive Estate Sale This Friday 4/17, Saturday 4/18 And Sunday 4/19. Great Mix Of Everything!

There is so much at this house we are doing three days for this sale. Friday 4/17 - 9:00am to 3:00pm Saturday 4/18 - 9:00am to 3:00pm Sunday 4/19 - 10am to 2:00pm The address of this sale will be published on Thursday at 8:00am. The home is located just off Mt. Rose Highway just above Wedge Parkway.We will send out another email with the address after it has been published This sale has so much. At the time this ad is going, we literally have so much that we haven't even got to look at. Tons to pick through. This house is overloaded with a great mix of everything you want to see at a sale. Please take a look ate the photos to get a great idea of what we have. We have filled the yard with tons of items that are going to be great to pick through and find lost treasures. We will be making deals because there is literally no way we can price it all. Great opportunity to pick up great stuff! You will see motorcycles in the photos that we will be showing but will be sold at a later date when they are cleared for sale. We will be gathering information for people interested at the sale. We do not do early showings, hold items, or sell any items before the sale. If you see something you like, you need to show up at the sale. The owner of this property is still living in the home so we ask that you be especially respectful for our clients sake. Parking is going to be an issue at this property. It is at the end of a closed court that mainly is surrounded by driveways. We are going to have to block the court off right before the property to ensure the neighbors have access to their properties. We will have cones blocking this area. There is street parking below where the cones will be positioned. You will have to walk up to the property about 40 yards at a minimum. For early birds, we will have a sign up sheet out an hour before the sale begins on Friday.We ask that you wait at the end of the driveway until we can get completely set up that morning. The house is extremely tight and busting at the seams with stuff. It is going to be challenging to get people through this house so there may be a short wait. The first day is always a bit chaotic. If you have been to our sales before, you will know we love to make deals. We value the people that show up and take part in these events. We work hard to help our clients and create great sales for our customers.We will not tolerate bad attitudes or people that disrespect our other customers or our clients homes. Please come with a positive attitude or don't come at all.
